The development of our people is important to us and we have created our own training programmes to help our people to grow, all designed to be as inclusive and interesting as possible.
Our range of schemes runs from comprehensive CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) for our bus drivers to bite-sized ‘lunch and learn’ sessions for ongoing development for those on our Early Careers schemes. We offer apprenticeships in everything from bus driving to customer service, from ticketing to engineering. Our graduate schemes and management programmes are helping to create the next generation of transport leaders, managers and supervisors to help drive the company forward.
At many of our sites we have been given external recognition for the high standard of our training, including Investors in People and EFQM accreditation.
